Aluminium and Powder-Coated Steel Preparation
Aluminium shopfront frames and fascias require etch primer before any topcoat will adhere. Bare or cleaned aluminium is a non-porous, low-adhesion surface. An etch primer creates a chemical bond between the metal and the subsequent primer and topcoat.
Powder-coated steel in good condition can be overcoated directly with an adhesion primer compatible with the existing powder coat. Powder coat that is chalking or peeling requires full strip-back.
High Street and Frogmoor Out-of-Hours Protocol
High Street and Frogmoor frontages face pedestrianised pavements. Any spray work requires full pedestrian protection before spraying begins, including hoarding along the pavement edge, masking of adjacent shop frontages, and full coverage of street furniture within the overspray zone.

Eden Centre Units
